At the moment, we have the ability to monitor the traffic for a specific feature flag but not to a specfic project of Harness FME project. LauchDarkly provides monitoring for both options and I think it is mandatory for us in monitoring traffic/troubleshooting etc.

I checked the Data Hub's Live Tail but it is not so user friendly. I really like the LaunchDarkly's "Live Events" view (see the attached). Basically I think it should provide us a graphical UI which is similar to the traffic chart for individual feature flags under 'Monitoring' tab.
