I would love the ability for a workflow to reference a workflow 'template' similar to pipeline templates, for composing shared functionality and upgrading via template versioning instead of pushing updates to existing workflows.

Today, I need to duplicate code, and when I want to make parts of a flow specific to a project, I need to sometimes manage 100s of workflows that are 90% similar. If I could reference a workflow as in pipeline templates, updating and managing would be MUCH easier.
