Can you please provide more information about this error?
Did you mean, when you try to download a PDF report or a CSV report via the STO custom dashboard it is failing with all the scanners filtered? If so, when you narrow down the filter still you see the issue?
Did you logged a zendesk ticket for the same issue? Thanks!
