DORA metrics for Harness and SEI

The process for merging contributor profiles is overly manual and carries the risk of data overwriting. We would like a less manual solution to this, .csv import/export is still too manual and does not automatically merge new contributors, which can be specifically challenging in high turnout teams.

Our security scans are showing that levelops/ingestion-satellite:v0.1.206 is using a version of SpringBoot that is no longer supported. Our security posture is to always use software that is supported and update anything that has fallen out of support. When we're running vendor software inside our network, this requirement extends to our vendors as well. Please add a SpringBoot upgrade to your roadmap and keep me informed about how this matter is progressing.
