Currently, for the autostopping rule, we can only select VMs from the same region and the same zone. We should have the capability to select VMs from the same region but different zones.

We need the ability to compare different budgets in Harness. Currently, the only way to compare would be to GET the budget details from the API and do it outside of Harness.

The cost forecasting in CCM Budgets currently looks like all it does is add 5-15% for each future month and that's it. There's no variation we're seeing to bring it more in line with historical costs or any alignment, the cost just goes up and that's it so not much is being done there currently. The second (but primary) thing we need is to be able to configure our own values for future forecasting months in budgets.

This is would be very beneficial to us making recommendations for those customers who, for a multitude of reasons, cannot go all the way down to the smallest size calculated by the algorithm. This would allow them to actualize some cost savings without having concerns from the app teams about performance.
