Description: NAB has requested an enhancement in Harness Services to allow the addition of key-value pairs as tags (e.g., Owner: Value, AppType: Value, etc.). Currently, while importing services into dashboards, they are unable to create separate measures where each tag is displayed as an individual column, with its corresponding values populated as column entries. Requested Feature: Provide an option to dynamically add tags as separate columns in the dashboard. Ensure that each tag's value appears as an entry under the respective column. Support multiple tags, allowing users to add and visualize multiple key-value pairs as distinct columns.

Why do we need to install a delegate to handle Integrations with systems such as Atlassian Cloud Jira or Service Now. Why cant this be handled by the Harness platform as is done by many others rather than every platform user having to install this? Additionally would be nice to be able to specify multiple ticket handlers ie we have different Ticket Handling requirements based on which cloud provider we are using.

Unlike EC2 resizing recommendation we do not have any resizing recommendation for RDS instances. Is there a working plan to introduce resizing recommendation for RDS instances as well in future?

I would like to use utilized cost, forecast cost and budget cost to calculate the difference between forecast and budget inside dashboards.

I would like to save an existing modified dashboard as a new dashboard. To achieve this, a "Save As" button would be necessary. For example, we have created dashboard templates that developers use. These templates contain the appropriate tiles for developers to view information about their costs. However, after the developer clicks a button, we automatically adjust the filters so developers can see costs related to their specific project. The dashboard is customized for what they are looking for. If the developer wants to save the dashboard it is not possible in Harness CCM. The question is, how can they save this dashboard, with the current filters, to their folder? A "Save As" button would be an ideal solution if it were available while the dashboard is open.

Request Overview: Currently, in the "Unified: Multiple Labels" section, each key can only hold one value, while in the "Unified: Labels" section, a single key can hold multiple values. This design limitation is preventing the consolidation of AWS and GCP tags/labels together, as TransUnion are unable to add multiple key values in "Unified: Multiple Labels" for both platforms. Proposed Enhancement: They would like to request the ability to add multiple keys in "Unified: Multiple Labels" for both AWS and GCP tags/labels, similar to the functionality offered in "Unified: Labels." This enhancement will allow the consolidation of AWS and GCP tags/labels under a single key, improving flexibility and usability.

Harness CCM needs to have the ability to ignore any given recommendation without ignoring the entire Nodepool/Cluster/EC2 Instance, etc.

We need cost categories to be supported in recommendation table asap

Hi Team, We want to create individual dashboards for Business Units using AWS EBS Inventory, AWS EC2 Inventory, AWS EC2 Inventory Metrics, AWS RDS Inventory visualizations. We need account level tags/filters to create these dashboards so that we can segregate the Business Units data. Please add this feature to Harness dashboards.

Currently, the inventory dashboard relies on APIs, which do not retain historical data on volumes attached to EC2 instances and this limits visibility into past volume associations. We would like to explore whether CUR data includes historical records of volumes attached to EC2s. If such data exists, can we create a new dimension that exposes this information for better tracking and analysis?
