SaaS - Move ChaosNative images to Harness Registry
As step 1, we can upload to both so that it won’t affect any code changes. Remain current way to ChaosNative Registry, in addition, send it to Harness Registry Change the manifest to consume from Harness. For 1. We should complete in this sprint For 2. Will update let us try to keep it EOQ. (Q2-2024)
