Request for a feature where a role created should be present in all projects

As we have multiple projects we are requesting harness to create a default role on the account that has access to edit and execute the pipeline and edit access on triggers, Environment, services.
So, either harness should provide an option to create a role which should be propagated to all projects or harness should create a default role with above condition.
