Allow the Environment selection widget to filter by environment type

In the pipeline execution form, when Environments are selected, it shows the full list of environments in the Project. Having the ability to filter by environment type: preprod or prod, will be very handy for specific use cases.

Currently when we run the pipeline, the workspace selection window displays all the created workspace. They would like to have a way the dropdown can be limited.

For example if we have a dev pipeline, we would like to see the workspace only associated with a dev type workspace.
