Skipped step need not be shown in the UI by default

In a pipeline many steps can be skipped at a time based on the config. we want a toggle similar to the Console view, which can show/hide skipped steps.
This would allow one to easily track the process with ignored unwanted info and in case of issues, allow ones to check by a click of a button.
If diff org needs diff experience, it can be a account level setting as well to have hide/show steps as default config.

Hide "Resource constraint" step in stages
A
Agreed Mockingbird
We have "Allow simultaneous deployments on the same infrastructure" selected for our infras and manage this on a pipeline level using a queue. We still see the skipped "resource constraint" step in each stage in our pipelines (both on the diagram and in the console view). Is it possible to hide it? We have dozens of stages in our pipelines and each extra step in them is distracting our users' attention.

Need toggle button to hide unexecuted stage in pipeline execution view

For big pipelines with many stages with conditions, many of the stages are optional and doesnt get executed. So we need ability to hide those unexecuted stages. We can achieve this by having a toggle bar in the execution page.

Thanks for the feedback. We don’t see this feature being included in our roadmap, since it doesn’t align with our basic functionality and use cases.

Prasad Satam: Can you please elaborate on your understanding of the use case?
It is a bit hard for me to see how this is not aligned with basic functionality and use case? what basic things is breaking in this?!
Also, This got created by support as it was raised a long time back and now its a duplicate - https://ideas.harness.io/continuous-delivery/p/have-a-button-to-show-skipped-stages-like-console-view-button
