Dashboards support for Stage Start and End times

We require support for Stage Start and End timestamps across all modules.
For CD Dashboards duration granularity is available down to the Stage.
The most granular we can get for CI is the entire Build (potentially containing multiple Stages) - which isn’t idea when the bulk of the Build is done using Stages and Steps.
We want this capability to determine where there are areas to focus on with regards to pipeline optimisation.

Duration for CI Stages and CD Stages in Harness Dashboard

Harness currently stores the data at a pipeline level and not specific to CI stages or CD stages.
Requesting for the Harness dashboard to show duration for each CI stage and CD stage so we can proactively be aware if build stages are slow for org/account and address the issue.
